Service Description

Your baby will be wrapped snugly and positioned peacefully in carefully selected props i.e., baskets, bowls and buckets AND delicately posed on a comfortable, supportive padded table covered in soft fabric. When booking your session, you will need to select either a 'DUE DATE' or a 'FIXED DATE' for your Newborn Full session. With a due date booking, you reserve your space in my diary and contact me once your baby arrives to arrange your session date. A fixed date booking is for babies already born or planned c-sections, where your chosen date is the date of your session. Newborn Full sessions are best scheduled within baby's first 14-days, when your little one is most settled and sleepy, allowing for those beautiful posed images. While I can photograph newborns up to 6-weeks old, this earlier timeframe gives the best opportunity to capture those timeless sleeping portraits. Your Newborn Full session includes up to 4 hours in the studio, allowing plenty of time to create a relaxed experience with 2–4 styled prop setups, as well as table posing using soft, fabric-covered surfaces. This extended time ensures your baby is never rushed and allows for a wide variety of carefully crafted images. You will have access to a selection of soft wraps, accessories, and carefully styled props to suit your session. Before your session, you’ll receive a pre-session questionnaire and a preparation guide to help you feel fully prepared. Following your session, you will receive a soft-edited preview gallery of approximately 25–35 images, allowing you to choose your favourite photographs and purchase your preferred digital image package. You will be cared for by an experienced photographer skilled in working with newborns, babies, and young children. Please note: a small complimentary gift is included with this session. The photography session fee covers the professional service, studio time, and expertise. Digital image packages are purchased separately from the photography session fee. Please note: this session is for your newborn baby only. Parent and sibling photographs are available within the Newborn Family session.
